UK Police Unity Tour 2025 · 1 August 2025 to 3 August 2025 ·

The Police Unity Tour is a long-distance cycle ride undertaken by hundreds of police officers across the UK, to raise awareness and funds for Care of Police Survivors.

Story

I am proud to be once again taking part in this tremendous event to help raise funds for COPS.

To make it more of a challenge this year, I have decided to ride over 5 days, through 5 counties, extending the mileage by riding with Hampshire Constabulary, before joining Thames Valley and hundreds of other officers and riders from across the country before we all converge on the UK Police Memorial at the National Arboretum in Staffordshire on the Sunday.

As many of you know, we tragically lost our son Dan (PC931) on Boxing Day 2018, but the continued support and love shown by the police family has helped us through the dark times.

For us and many others who find themselves in similar circumstances, COPS offer invaluable support opportunities and access to counselling services to help surviving family members (‘survivors’) rebuild their shattered lives. Since its foundation in 2003, COPS has helped hundreds of police families devastated by the loss of a loved one who died on duty.

Any donations you can make will help support those who truly need it and we are incredibly grateful for anything you can give.

We will ride with pride and remember the loved ones we have lost.
