Story
Why I’m fundraising for Breast Cancer Now 💗
Through teaching Pilates, I honestly cannot believe how many of my clients have been affected by breast cancer — my clients themselves, their families, their friends and the people they love.
And this is something that is very close to my own heart too.
My mum has fought breast cancer twice.
Watching someone you love go through the fear, uncertainty and challenges that come with a breast cancer diagnosis is something you never forget. Thankfully, my mum is now doing really well, and I feel incredibly grateful for that. 💗
But I know that not everyone gets the same outcome.
That’s why I want to do my little bit to help support the incredible work of Breast Cancer Now.
Breast Cancer Now is the UK’s leading breast cancer charity. They bring together the power of science, support and campaigning to change breast cancer — funding world-leading research so that, in the future, no one dies from breast cancer, while providing vital support so that no one has to face it alone.
They also campaign for better awareness, earlier diagnosis and access to the best possible treatments, helping people with breast cancer to live — and live well.
They have been making change happen for over 50 years, and their vision is that by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live and live well.
So, whether you donate £5, £10 or simply share my fundraiser, every little bit helps.
For my mum, for my Pilates clients, for their families and loved ones, and for everyone affected by breast cancer. 💗
Thank you so much for your support. xx
