Through the Y's support, I found the strength to embark on a transformative health journey, despite our family's financial constraints. The Day of Giving is an opportunity to alter the course of a child's life through the Y's youth development programs.

The YMCA is uniquely positioned to address various community challenges, and in 2024 alone, it aims to provide over $2 million in financial scholarships for crucial programs like preschool, afterschool, and summer camp. Additionally, more than 3,000 children will benefit from literacy instruction through programs like Y Readers, offered at no cost. Over 1,500 children will also receive affordable swim lessons.
