In October I'm going to be running 100miles...not over the month but in one go! That's a long way. And to acknowledge this, I would like to use this occasion to raise money for two important charities. MSF does so much good, without judgement and they place themselves in the most hideous of places to save lives. In the UK we live with a huge amount of privilege that is not afforded to too many people. I feel duty bound to use this event to support a charity doing such important work.

I ask you to consider supporting into ultra also, which also does important work, not in physical disaster zones but instead, in the UK ultra running community. I'm assuming I'll look like I've been in a disaster zone by the end this event...(probably physically and mentally!).
