In memory of Sue Parratt

Rachel Carter is raising money for The Debenham Project
In memory of Sue Parratt
The aim of the project is to support carers and those living with dementia, in Debenham and surrounding villages. We do this through providing a range of social activities and locally based advice. The project has become recognised as an example of best practice across Suffolk and beyond.

Story

We are raising funds in memory of Sue, to honour her dedication to help others even in times of difficulty. We have chosen The Debenham Project which is a local dementia support group. The Debenham Project has been an incredible source of comfort, advice and care since Sue and Roy’s move to Debenham in October 2024. Whilst also enabling them to quickly embed into the Debenham community during a time when advanced Alzheimer’s can make life incredibly isolating.

This fundraising effort will help the Debenham Project continue to support individuals and families facing dementia in our community. Your generous contributions will help provide resources, activities, and support that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those living with dementia and their caregivers.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity in supporting this important cause. Your donation will carry on Sue's spirit of generosity, and will help others like her and Roy find strength and support through the Debenham Project.
