Join Sugar House Island and The Line for a guided Wellbeing Walk in support of Mind — the mental health charity.
We’ll walk The Line, London’s public art trail, from Sugar House Island to Cody Dock, with the option to return. Along the way, you’ll be guided through gentle mindfulness activities inspired by the surrounding art and nature, creating space for reflection, conversation, or simply quiet moments outdoors.
Every year, 1 in 5 of us experience a mental health problem, yet many don’t know where to turn for support. By coming together, we’re helping raise awareness and support the vital work of Mind, who provide advice, campaign for better services, and work to ensure everyone receives the support and respect they deserve.

- Duration: Approx. 1 hour (one way) or 2 hours (return)
