Our annual involvement in the Velindre Wear Red campaign is back for 2026, and we need your support now more than ever. With 1 in 2 of us being affected by cancer, the community of patients that rely on Velindre is growing.

The Sugar Rogue Wear Red workout will put teams of two through a gruelling CrossFit style workout, your donation - however big or small will make a difference. Thank you for supporting our event. Our event takes place on Saturday 28th February 2026 - one day after the official Wear Red day...come along and support!!!!!
