In April 2026, Sam Phillips and I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause. Suicide and Co’s mission is one close to our hearts - “To support bereaved individuals and open the conversation around suicide-related grief.”

Since July 2020 when they were founded, they have helped over 18,000 people with free counselling sessions for those bereaved by suicide.

Will Hartley and I are not exactly the fittest of fiddles, so this could be rather interesting. Our training regime of HPA and Butty Bach now involves much running and much less beer. Two unfit blokes running for a great cause ‘Pints down (kind of), trainers on, keep talking x
