I'm raising money for MusicSpace, a music therapy charity I work with in Bristol, who I know do incredibly transformative and thoughtful work.

Their vision is to bring music therapy into the community which is accessible to all who need it. But they can't do that without our help, which is why they've started an appeal to raise £50,000, sadly closed down their centre in Southville, and are in the process of setting up music therapy hubs around Bristol.

I'll be running in memory of my dear friend Chris Cavey, who I miss tremendously. Chris was an incredible musician and always showed interest in my music therapy work. I'm sure this would have been a cause he would have full-heartedly supported.
