Fasting and Running for Hope · 31 December 2024

Islamic Relief is an international relief and development charity that aims to alleviate the suffering of the world's poorest people. As well as responding to disasters and emergencies, it promotes sustainable economic and social development by working with local communities - regardless of race, religion or gender.

Story

This December, I'm taking on a challenge like no other. I'll be fasting from sunrise to sunset, with no food and no water, and running 30 km every week—all in solidarity with children in war zones like Gaza and Lebanon. These children face unimaginable hardships every day, and I want to show them that they are not alone.

I'm raising £3000 to support children in need, providing them with vital resources such as food, water, and medical aid. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a world of difference. Together, we can bring hope and make a real impact in their lives.

Please join me in this journey—share, donate, or even take on your own challenge. Let's make a difference, one step at a time.
