Washington Mind is a local charity providing mental health and wellbeing support, services and training for our local community. They continue to offer independent, non-stigmatising services based in the local community that are accessible to all.

The stigma surrounding a mental health diagnosis continues and social exclusion for those affected by it. People still have difficulty accessing appropriate services when they need them. Washington Mind aim to enable people to have timely access to a range of quality, targeted, preventative mental health services with the aim of improving their wellbeing and quality of life.

As our 2023 Nominated Charity Washington Mind have been a huge support to many members of our team through challenging times and have also given us the tools, time and resource to ensure our managers are able to better support themesleves and their teams across the venue and colleagues across the wider company.

The impact their training and services has had on not just our own but many of our colleagues lives has been second to none.
