Hello!

On June 14, I will be taking part in the 2026 IRONMAN Tours Métropole - Loire Valley in France.

I will be raising funds for Sunflowers Suicide Support in memory of my dear friend Theo. Sunflowers provide amazing support to people and families affected by suicide, and I know they’ve already been a massive help to Charlotte, Adora and many others.

The event consists of a 3.8km (2.4-mile) river swim, a 180km (112-mile) bike course and a 42.2km (26.2-mile) run.

Theo was always so supportive of me and my stupid endurance challenges, so it’s only right that I dedicate my biggest challenge yet to him.
