On 20 February 2026, Sunny Sharma lost his 3 year battle in fighting cancer. We lost a much loved husband, father, nanu, son, brother, uncle , nephew and friend to many. He was a steady ,constant support in all our lives ,always giving .His passing has left a void in our lives.

The Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, (together with the Royal Marsden and St Bart’s Hospitals) treated him throughout this journey .Dr Anand Sharma , Nurse Linda Charalambous and their whole team at Mount Vernon, supported our family and Sunny relentlessly throughout this difficult journey.

We, his family , will be doing the 10km March for Mount Vernon Walk on 20 September 2026 , to raise funds for Mount Vernon Cancer Centre.
