Story
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Recently, I attended a retreat in Glastonbury with an incredible group of women. One morning, we walked up Glastonbury Tor to watch the sunrise. Although I have no sight, it was a truly unforgettable experience — a powerful reminder that all our senses matter and that there are many beautiful ways to experience the world.
I’ve always dreamed of climbing Snowdon, so I’ve decided to make that dream a reality and share the journey with some amazing people. I’ll be joined by a few of the wonderful women I met that weekend, along with some fantastic friends who’ve been part of my life in different ways. I couldn’t take on this challenge without their love and support, and I’m deeply grateful to each and every one of them.
This climb is also about raising awareness and funds for Esme’s Umbrella, the national charity supporting people living with Charles Bonnet Syndrome (CBS). CBS causes silent visual hallucinations in people of any age who have sight loss. I’ve been supporting Esme’s Umbrella for the past seven years because this cause is very close to my heart and my own personal experience with CBS.
We’re a small organisation, and like many charities, we face challenges due to limited funding. Every single donation makes a real difference and helps us continue the vital work that’s so needed.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and completely secure. Your details are safe, and JustGiving will send your donation directly to the charity, making it the most efficient way to give — saving time and reducing costs.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support.
