In August, I was part of a team who completed in the SuperHero Triathlon at Dorney lake. It was amazing to do the event alongside Hayley, Jenny & Clariece.

In September I took part in Ventouxman in the Alpes. This half-iron distance event took in the epic climb of Mont Ventoux and I was pleased to reach the finish in 8hr 17min.

My final event for SIA this year will be another Half-Ironman in October, this time taking in some of the hills (and the F1 racing circuit) above Lisbon & Cascias
