This week, 7 of us are undertaking a group challenge to complete an Iron Man triathlon in 3 days to raise money for Roots Sudan, a charity that supports children living in conflict and poverty in Sudan.

This charity has worked since 2008 to improve the standard of education for children in Sudan. Due to the ongoing conflict, nearly a third of schools have been closed or destroyed and nearly 70% of the schools that remain open don’t have access to clean water.
