Year 4 Rainforest Run – Supporting International Animal Rescue

This spring, Year 4 will be taking part in a Rainforest Run linked to our geography unit, Beyond the Canopy. As we learn about the incredible biodiversity of the world’s rainforests - and the threats they face - we are keen to make a real difference. After thoughtful discussion and a class vote, they chose to support International Animal Rescue, a charity dedicated to protecting endangered species and conserving their habitats.

To help the children feel empowered as global citizens, we are encouraging them to raise money ahead of the run. Every donation, large or small, will motivate them as they train and will contribute directly to rescuing, rehabilitating, and safeguarding vulnerable rainforest animals.
