120 HSBC colleagues from across the globe are coming together in Jordan to undertake a 100km trek over 5 days, taking us through Wadi Rum to Petra. We will be trekking for an average of 8-9 hours per day, in high temperatures through desert and rocky terrain, and camping in remote areas where facilities are basic.

This is both a Charity Challenge and a Personal Challenge - never have I considered doing something such as this, and being able to raise funds for 2 amazing charities (one for our host country, Jordan, and one of our personal choosing) adds to the determination to succeed.

I have chosen to fund raise for Crossroads Derbyshire, UK which provides a range of services in its local community to support adults, young people and children to escape domestic abuse and to build a safer future for themselves and their families. The team do amazing work in changing peoples lives for the better. By selecting this page you are donating to Crossroads Derbyshire.

To give back to Jordan as our host country, we are all raising funds for Jordan River Foundation (JRF) - JRF continues to build a safer Jordan, which includes protection services for women and girls, child safety program and social enterprises.
