Many thanks for supporting my zipwire challenge. I'm fundraising for my local MS Society group activities and for the MS Society Stop MS Campaign, which is funding much needed research into Myelin Repair and treatments for Primary Progressive MS (PP-MS). The first and only drug for PP-MS was just approved 6 years ago. My uncle was diagnosed with PP-MS in the 1950s and there were no treatment options for him at all.

I've wanted to do a zipwire challenge for a long time. It's part of my plan to stop a lingering fear of heights. I got myself mostly over my fear 20+ years ago by walking across a rope bridge over rapids in New Mexico - because acrophobia is impractical. I want to do the zipwire because my next challenge is to skydive. I think of this as practice with limits. I _will_ be terrified. Like when I did parasailing over water - twice. I was terrified for the first 2 minutes but it was a glorious feeling. I also rode in a hot air balloon (once) and that was fantastic. I love to explore the ocean (2 x scuba diving) so now I want to explore the skies.
