I am attempting an overnight trek up Snowdon in March in order to raise money for an absolutely fantastic charity - Shooting Star Children’s Hospices.

Shooting Star Children's Hospices care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

Shooting Star aims to make every moment count and supports families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.
