ABC Boosters is a kindergarten readiness program in the summer that helps rising pre-k students succeed in school, including early reading skills. Over 60 pre-k students will participate in 2025 and we need your help to support this program!

Story

I strongly support literacy and the efforts to improve literacy through the work of our public libraries. The Evanston Public Library is a great example of the good work that the public library does in our community. Their program, ABC Boosters, gets pre-k students ready for kindergarten in the fall. Kindergarten success is a proven step on the road to lifelong academic success. This year, EPL needs our help to support ABC Boosters.
