The love affair that started in Goa back in February 2020 continues.... I am heading back to India for another Ginger Sue Adventure 😊 Back on 2 wheels and this time exploring the sights, sounds and delights of Kerala.

We will cycle through the wildlife-packed Western Ghats, the spicy Cardamom Country and the beautiful backwaters of Kerala to the Mirari Beach. Setting off from Kochi, we’ll tackle tough climbs through Munnar’s misty coffee and tea plantations, to the top of the Kannan Devan Hills in the Western Ghats.

Although beautiful, this is far from a relaxing getaway. Our cycle will leave us with aching legs, unforgettable experiences and memories. My cover photos are highlights of last year's adventure in Tanzania.

This year’s adventure is dedicated to raising much needed funds for the Mind Charity. As always I will be funding the cost of all travel and subsistence directly myself. All funds raised will go directly to the charity and will be used to support the wonderful work that they do.

More and more of us are aware of mental health. But so many just aren’t getting the right support.

Awareness is just the start. It’s time to act.
