As some of you know as I turn into a new decade I like to set myself a challenge.

This year as I turn {ahem} years old in March I have taken up the challenge of covering 100km through running/swimming/walking.

£10 could help us provide 250 'signs & symptoms' cards to be handed out in the community.

£25 could help us provide a cancer support pack to a young person going through the hardest time of their life.

£50 could allow us to deliver a life-saving cancer awareness talk to a local school, college or university.
