I am raising money and awareness of the fantastic work carried out in the Trauma Unit on Ward 23. They have recently looked after my Husband Phil after a very serious road accident. Without them he would not be on the road to recovery that he is on today. Their care was superb, professional and carried out with the utmost respect and always with a smile. They provided reassurance during the most stressful time you can imagine.

The work they carry out daily and under the most stressful circumstances is invaluable. The Team on Ward 23, and it is very much a team effort, deserve all the recognition possible and hopefully this fundraising will help them in some small way to carry on their fantastic service.
