Story
In loving memory of our Aunt Emma.
This summer, our family experienced an immeasurable loss with the passing of our beloved Emma, who courageously battled Huntington’s disease.
Huntington’s disease is a rare, inherited condition that affects both the body and mind, often placing an enormous emotional and financial strain on families. We are eternally grateful to Scottish Huntington's Association for their support throughout Emma's journey and their ongoing support for our Uncle John, who continues to live with Huntington's disease.
On the 24th of May 2026, we will be running the Edinburgh Half-Marathon to raise money for SHA, who are currently the only charity in Scotland dedicated to helping family's affected by Huntington's disease. Any contribution made, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated and will go directly to supporting the incredible community dedicated to fighting this cause.
We are utterly grateful for the love and kindness our family has been shown throughout our loss and thank you all for your support.
