The SPT 6am girls are taking on A Mile a Day in May to support Cyfannol Women’s Aid, helping women and girls across Wales live safer, stronger, and independent lives, free from domestic abuse and all forms of violence.

Cyfannol Women’s Aid provides specialist support to more than 3,500 people every year across Gwent, offering refuge and supported accommodation, counselling, and a compassionate, empowering community for those who need it most.
