I'm doing the Palace-to-Palace cycle ride on 1 October in aid of The Prince's Trust. Starting at Buckingham Palace, the 45-mile route goes through London, Surrey and Berkshire, and ends at Windsor Castle.

The Prince’s Trust believes that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter what their background or the challenges they are facing. The charity helps those from disadvantaged communities and those facing the greatest adversity by supporting them to build the confidence and skills to live, learn and earn.

- £10 could fund a call to the helpline, enabling a vulnerable young person gain the critical advice they need

- £40 could provide a young person in poverty with interview clothes to help them secure stable employment
