Dementia is such a cruel and unforgiving disease, slowly taking away the person you loveand creating disorientation, confusion and fear in it's wake.

I want to do everything I can to bring about an end to the power that dementia has over society, with effective treatments and a cure to stop more individuals and rheir families and friends suffering.. 💔

That is why I've signed up to walk a marathon at the end of January 2025. I also hoped to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon again in April 2025, but have now deferred this to 2026, but will be back! Any donations you are able to make will be hugely appreciated xx
