I will be climbing Ben Nevis with Lauren Lovatt (with absolutely zero ability or experience) and then taking part in the fabulous Tour de Barchester which this year will be going from Wales across Malvern and ending in Oxfordshire visiting lots of our wonderful care homes en route.
