We did it!!! The sun shined and we made it - 23km. Thanks to everyone who donated and helped keep us going. It made a difference to us and will make a lasting difference to the families that are supported by the Thames Hospice.

Having met whilst working together during Covid, we are keen to test ourselves with a challenge.

Whilst this walk may be a challenge for us, we know what a difference the money will make to those patients and families who are facing the most difficult of challenges.

💚 £12 could pay for a patient’s medication for a day

💚 £25 could pay for an assisted bath helping a patient to relax

💚 £57 could pay for a bereavement call to support a family member

Thames Hospice are here to ensure that patients and their families are cared for with the utmost compassion, dignity and respect. Every penny raised from the Sunflower walk will ensure that Thames Hospice can continue to provide compassionate care to those in the local community who need it now and in the future.
