We chose Mind several years ago as we felt it was a very relevant charity for SHC as we believe mental health is a huge issue these days. What is more, it is a local charity. We have walked every year now for 6 years. On Friday, 10th October will be our sixth. Some of us are walking in a group and some are walking around where they live.
