A team of shoreside staff from our Tees Office will be attempting the 24.5 mile Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge in under 12 hours on the 15 Jun 24to help raise much need funds for the Tees River Rescue Charity.
Tees River Rescue is an independent rescue charity based on the River Tees in the North East of England.
As well as providing search and rescue, they patrol the River at peak times throughout the year and provide education, support and reassurance for river users up and down the 26.7 miles of navigable river.
As a charity, they rely on support from the public, local businesses, supporters and our volunteers. Tees River Rescue has no paid staff and receives no government funding. As an independent inland lifeboat they aim to be on call 24/7 at the request of emergency services and to provide patrols at key times.
