Valentines 2024 Raffle
Swale Cats Protection are in need of funds to help the branch continue to to help more cats and kittens in need, in the Swale area.
Without funds we will no longer be able to fund the ever increasing vet bills for the treatment the cats require or other much needed support they need.
Therefore, we have a lovely Valentines Hamper to Raffle!
The Hamper contains the following lovely items:
A teddy, a pair of valentines socks, a watch, bayliss and harding body wash gift set, bath and body exfoliating back and body belt, love heart plaque, pink exfoliating scrunchy, pink shower bath hat, candles x 3, 2 love hearts to care for those that care, a love heart light up bottle, and a live heart kicker for your cat, all items have been donated to the Branch to help with Fundraising.
Raffle and all money donated will go towards helping the cats in our care. To be in with the chance of winning the Valentines Hampurr follow the instructions below and buy a ticket to our raffle, all while helping cats in the process!
Raffle tickets cost £1 each, to enter online there is a minimum payment of £2 so you will receive two entries to the raffle draw! If you would like to purchase one ticket, please contact the branch via email: fundraising@swale.cats.org.uk
To take part in the raffle simply make a donation of £2 for two tickets or £10 for 10 tickets. We will then enter your name and ticket numbers into our raffle draw automatically; if you require a digital ticket, please let us know. You will receive an email if you are a winner!
Tickets cost £1 each. Every £2 donation = two entries.

2 - Please ensure you tick the box next to I'm happy to share my contact details with cats protection! This will ensure we are able to get in touch with any winners!

Terms and conditions:
1. The draw will take place on Swale Cats Protection Facebook Page on the evening of Tuesday 13th February 2024. All funds raised will go to
Cats Protection. Registered Charity 203644 (England & Wales) SC037711 (Scotland).
2. Promoter: Lee Derrick, Cats Protection, National Cat Centre, Chelwood Gate, Lewes Road, Haywards Heath, RH17 7TT.
3. The raffle is registered under The Gambling Act 2005 with Wealden District Council, Shared Environmental Health Service, Rother District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex TN39 3JX.
4. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
5. The cost of each ticket is £1.00.
6. Gift Aid cannot be claimed on the sale of raffle tickets and is in breach of HMRC regulations. Any ticket purchases with Gift Aid added will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Tickets are not to be sold to or by any person under the age of 18 years old. If you suspect someone may be under the age of 18, then you should request proof of age. Entrants must be 18 or over, if a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize
8. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
9. Tickets are not to be sold on the street or door-to-door.
10. Any money received after the arbitrary/closing date 12th February 2024 including late entries will be treated as a donation to help fund the work of Cats Protection and will not be refundable or eligible for the draw.
11. Winners will be notified via email within three weeks of the draw. A list of winners will also be published on Swale Cats Protection Facebook Page (please note you must ensure you publish the winners’ details.)
12. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. No responsibility is taken for raffle tickets and payment lost or delayed or tickets damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Please keep your ticket number as proof of purchase. If tickets are purchased via JustGiving then you must ensure you follow the instructions and tick the box to say we can view your email address. Any payments received where this box isn't ticked will be treated as general donations because we have no way of contacting you.
No responsibility is taken if raffle numbers are sent using an email and not received.
15. Participants purchasing tickets using JustGiving subject to terms and conditions will receive emailed ticket numbers within 48 hours on request.
16. The deadline for entries on the JustGiving site is Monday 12th February 2024 at 12 noon. This will allow time for the entries to be processed.
17. Cats Protection reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes.
18. Donations made not in equal pounds will be rounded down to the nearest £1 when calculating the number of raffle ticket
entries. Eg if you donate £2.80 you will only receive one entry into the draw with the remainder being treated as a donation.
19. Cats Protection respects, and is committed to protecting, your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes of the raffle unless you give permission otherwise.

21. All prizes must be collected in location of the Swale Area of Kent England.
