Story
In celebration of The Swan Song Project’s birthday this April, we’re launching Swan Song Ping Pong, a unique fundraising initiative aimed at raising £1,000 to fund 20 songwriting sessions for people experiencing terminal illness or bereavement.
The Swan Song Project helps people create their own songs as a form of emotional expression, healing, and legacy, offering a powerful outlet in their final stages of life.
Here's how it works:
1. You choose a song that holds personal meaning for you - whether it's a song of love, joy, hope, or memory
2. Find a video of the song, or if you're musically-inclined you can video yourself or your band performing it
3. Share the video on your social media platforms, encouraging friends and followers to donate or join the cause.
Everyone is invited to participate by sharing a song, making a donation yourself or simply spreading the word, turning it into a musical chain of support.
Your participation will directly contribute to funding songwriting sessions for those in need of comfort and connection during some of the most difficult times in life. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a profound difference to someone who really needs it.
Join us in creating a chorus of support and remembrance for more people who need our help. Let’s make this birthday one to remember, together.
