Please only take part in this event if you are fit and able to enter cold water and are a strong enough swimmer to keep safe. We highly recommend the use of buoyancy aides and wearing a bright hat to keep visible. There are no lifeguards on this stretch of beach and each individual enters the water at their own risk. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
