We are swimming in memory of Sally, an amazing woman who loved being in and around the sea. If she hadn't been in the sea with us, she'd be cheering from the shore and blowing her whistle. Sally also loved to visit Padstow and Rock and we have many happy memories with her on the nearby Daymer Bay.

Anna, Clare and Henry will be swimming from Padstow to Rock (roughly a mile) in the (shockingly) non-elite group in July. We all have very happy memories of swimming in the sea with Sally and couldn't think of a better way to remember her just a few days after her birthday.

Marie Curie were a great help during Sally's illness. The local nurses worked with them to arrange carers to come and sit with Sally overnight, caring for her and giving the family much needed piece of mind.

We want to raise money so they can continue helping other families in similar situations.
