The chosen charity for our World Cup summer fundraiser will be Rotherham Cancer Care.

All funds raised via the upcoming event will be donated to Rotherham Cancer Care, and a W & R Barnett Charity Matching application will also be submitted after the event.

The Symphony Summer Charity Event will take place on Thursday 11th June. The FIFA World Cup kicks off on the same day, and the event will be football themed.

• All factory and office staff are invited to come to work on 11th June (or whichever day during W/C 8th June they are in the office) wearing a football themed shirt. This can be an international, domestic or even a local grass-roots team.

• We are asking for a £2 donation from each member of staff to wear your chosen football shirt and take part in a World Cup Quiz (no football knowledge is required!).

• Field / customer facing staff are welcome to participate in the quiz, but should not attend customer meetings wearing a football shirt.

• Please note that taking part in the event is not mandatory and you should not feel obligated to take part if you would rather not.
