A group of colleagues from Sizewell C’s CWA are attempting the Three Peaks Challenge on the 4th of September to raise money for Mates in Mind.

In a recent study, it was found construction workers are four times more likely to die by suicide than the national average. We would like to contribute as much as we can to changes being made in the industry.

Mates in Mind are a UK charity raising awareness and addressing the stigma of poor mental health throughout the construction industry.

They support organisations on making long term changes to improve and prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of their workforces as well as providing a free confidential text support service 24/7 and helping people find the right service for their needs.
