Story
Through Katherine’s work at the Churn Community Hub and through volunteering for the charity myself I’ve seen first hand what crucial work this charity does to support the most vulnerable people in our local community.
On 9th May I will be walking 25km to celebrate the Churn’s 25th anniversary and to raise vital funds for it’s work. I’ll be walking, alongside many others, from the source of the Churn at Seven Springs to The Churn’s HQ in Cirencester.
About the Churn Community Hub
For 25 years The Churn Community Hub (formerly The Churn Project) has been dedicated to reducing loneliness, isolation and supporting the wellbeing of local residents in Cirencester and the surrounding area. Funds raised from from this walk will contribute to our vital work which supported over 1,700 people last year through groups, programmes and hundred of hours of one to one work.
