Taylor-Made Dreams are a children's charity based on the border of Kent and East Sussex, and they support children with life limiting illnesses and their families. They support them primarily by understanding the child's dreams and making them come true. Alongside this, they support the family with services such as counselling, holistic therapy, medical travel and funeral awards, a sibling support service, and precious memory making activities like family photoshoots and jewellery workshops.
