Renee, Carey, Zoe, Marybelle, Emma and Katie need your help! Together we are Team Mitchell and we are raising money for Duchenne Family Support Group in memory of Renee’s son, Mitchell Robinson, who is much loved and missed.

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a severe, inherited genetic disorder which causes progressive muscle weakness and wasting, primarily affecting boys. The disorder can have a profound impact, not only on individuals, but also on their families.

Duchenne Family Support Group (DFSG) is run by a friendly team which aims to help those with DMD and their families to have the best possible quality of life. As a small charity, DFSG relies, to a large extent, on the generosity of individuals.

That’s where you come in! On January 24th 2026, Team Mitchell will be participating in the 26 mile London Winter Walk. With your help, we can raise money to help the DFSG team to carry on offering their much-needed support. Please help us to improve the lives of those with DMD and their families.
