Thank you for visiting my page to learn more about the amazing opportunity I have been given to kayak the Great Glen in Scotland with Erne Paddlers. This is approximately 90km running from Fort William to Inverness.

Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer, so I am delighted to be able to raise funds through this kayak experience for Pretty ‘N’ Pink. Three years ago, I undertook this same challenge on a stand-up paddleboard, and I am incredibly grateful to be able to do this again 10 months post treatment - at least this time I am sitting down! I am really looking forward to being on the water (my happy place) and challenging myself both physically and mentally. The wild camping will also be an experience taking me well out of my comfort zone!!

I also want to give a shout out to Erne Paddlers for organising this expedition. Erne Paddlers is the most active paddlesports club in Northern Ireland, with award winning coaches and a strong focus on inclusive and disability paddlesport. It is a community run charity promoting health and wellbeing through paddlesport activities.
