Rather than waiting for January, I've decided to make doing a dry month more of a challenge by committing to a Dry December - with every penny raised from sponsorship going to the wonderful Norfolk Clubhouse.

Norfolk Clubhouse is a small local charity that works to support adults living with mental health issues in Norwich and the surrounding areas.

The Clubhouse offers opportunities for those who participate to learn new skills, form new friendships, and regain a sense of self-empowerment and wellbeing. It's a brilliant cause where every penny raised makes all the difference, be it paying for part time support workers to run regular meet-ups, covering the costs of equipment for workshops and training, or helping to fund the other everyday running costs involved.
