If you know me, you will probably know that I love a good swear. I don't even really notice when I am swearing, because swear words are a beloved and long-standing feature of my vocabulary. So in order to do something for charity that you'll understand is actually a challenge and not a bit of a cop-out, I thought, why not try and stop ******* swearing for a bit?

💛 I'm hoping to raise at least £500 for Norfolk Clubhouse between now and December by completing a swear-free November. Every penny raised will go towards providing support workers and activities for Clubhouse members, so that adults using the service can be helped on their journeys to better mental health and all-round wellbeing. If I hit my target, you'll know you've played a part in keeping this vital service available for those who really need it.

💷 Norfolk Clubhouse is a teeny tiny local charity and has no official fundraisers employed (because they cost money!) - fundraising challenges like this one are crucial to keep the groups going.

👀"But Tabby!" I hear you say, "You will never make it a whole month without swearing. I have even heard you say the C word on a work call." This is a valid concern. So I have a guarantee for you.

👛If I swear at any point during the challenge - whether it's in writing or out loud - I'll donate another £2 of my own money for every swear word that slips out of my gob. But I am lovingly asking for your support and motivation in sponsoring me to stay on track and keep my foul mouth clean for the duration.
