I'm running the London Marathon to raise vital funds for the Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) Association. It's a charity dedicated to supporting those affected by this rare and devastating neurological condition. PSP is life-limiting and impacts movement, balance, vision, speech and swallowing, yet its care and research remains widely underfunded.
