Climb for Freedom - Kilimanjaro Challenge 2025
Campaign by International Justice Mission UK (RCN 1099126 (England & Wales), SC049311 (Scotland))
A passionate team of IJM champions are undertaking a challenging six-day climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro, via the Rongai route, all to raise vital funds to help stop slavery and violence across the world.

Story

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to announce that I'll be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in October to fundraise for International Justice Mission (IJM)!

IJM is a charity with the aim of stopping modern slavery and violence across the world, with 50 million children, women and men currently still held in slavery today. I've attended talks and events with survivors who have been supported by IJM, so I can attest first hand to the amazing work the organisation does.

All proceeds will go directly to IJM and your support will help IJM continue this crucial work.

The organisation works with local authorities and partners to:

> Bring people to safety

> Support survivors with trauma-informed care

> Hold perpetrators to account

> Strengthen justice systems so that people are protected in the first place

IJM has worked with authorities and partners to bring over 98,000 people to safety, and seen slavery and violence decrease by 50-86% in nine places around the world. They won't stop until all are free.

Thanks so much!!!
