This October, during Baby Loss Awareness Week 2025, we are raising money for the the Maternity Bereavement Fund at Epsom and St Helier Hospital Charity.

In loving memory of our Son, George Picknett, who devastatingly passed away when he was 8 days old in April 2023.

Every year, too many families face the heartbreak of losing their baby during pregnancy, at birth, or shortly after. It is a pain that no parent should have to endure, and in those devastating moments, the right support and care can make a world of difference.

The Maternity Bereavement Fund helps provide that care. With your generosity, the fund can:

💜 Create and maintain private, comforting spaces for parents to spend precious time with their baby.

💜 Provide specialist bereavement midwives and counsellors who offer emotional and practical support to grieving families.

💜 Fund memory boxes, keepsakes, and resources to help parents cherish and remember their baby.

💜 Support ongoing training for staff, so they can give compassionate, sensitive care at the hardest of times.

💜 Develop support groups and follow-up services to help families navigate life after loss.
