On the 4th of May 2025, I have challenged myself to take on the HYROX men’s Singles to help raise money for people living with cancer.
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times
These include, a 1km Ski erg, 1km Row, 152kg sled push for 50m, 102kg sled pull for 50m, 80m burpees broad jumps (these are are gona be painful!) 200m farmers carry with 2x24kg kettle bells, 100m lunges with a 20kg sandbag and finally 100 squat wall balls with a 6kg ball.
I'd be so grateful if you could help me reach my pledge. I’m am not designed for this and it’s gona be a big challenge!
