This Christmas, I’m fundraising for Mind in their Mental Elf 2025 fun run. Although this is going to be a fun event it has a serious purpose: supporting mental health across York. Mental health support is something that urgently needed and yet is not accessible to many. I’m running this race to represent the OCD community which is close to my heart. OCD often misunderstood by mainstream media is not a ‘quirky personality trait’ but a destructible anxiety disorder.
