On the 12th July 2025 i will be running 100 Km in a day to raise money for a small local charity "Team Macy", they are raising awareness into CHD, a congenital heart defect in small children and babies.

The money raised will help with funding research into this disease, but it as a charity it also puts AED's into local sports clubs and other venues.
